AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
To provide sound and Bible-based theological education for men and women and to make them theologically adequate for the challenges of 21^st

1. To train Christian men and women who are called into full-time or part-time in the five-fold ministry as Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors, Missionaries, teachers, and other ministerial callings.
2. To give sound theological training that is relevant to the needs and aspirations of the church and societies at large
3. To train men and women to become committed to their calling, devoted to Jesus Christ and are in turn, able to train others for the ministry of the gospel. (II Tim 2:2) For more than 30 years, Epic Theological Seminary and College has been making a difference in student’s lives and ministerial careers pathways, both in academics and also in character and integrity building.

From inception, EPIC has been centred on building generations of pastors, Christian educators, Missionaries and Christian leaders. Adhering to this vision enables the students of EPIC to tackle real-life challenges within a Christian world, challenges within a Christian framework while making innovative contributions to the communities in which they live and serve. EPIC prepares its graduates with the necessary qualities: – knowledge and problem-solving skills that ensure they stand tall among peers in the ministry.

HISTORY
Epic Theological Seminary & College formerly (EPIC BIBLE COLLEGE), which was founded in 1988 under the auspices of Evangelistic People’s International Church [EPIC] now Epic International Ministries and operates as one of the ministries of the mission.

The college is an outgrowth of the vision of Bishop Emmanuel Aderotimi, the founder of EPIC International Ministries and some other growing churches in Nigeria. Bishop Aderotimi believes that one of the effective means of winning millions of souls to Christ is by training young men and women to serve the Lord in an aggressive fundamental Soul Winning Gospel Churches as Pastors, Staff and members. The college was therefore founded to achieve this goal: hence, the College motto: “and the things that thou have heard of me among witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also”. (II Tim.2:2)

College Affiliation
The Intercultural Open University, Auburn, Washington and United Cornerstone School of Divinity, North Carolina USA for the purpose of awarding Bachelor, Master and Doctorate Degrees.

Accreditation
The EPIC Theological Seminary and College was accredited by World Council for Excellence in Higher Education (WCEHE) 1962), Crowder Road, Tallahassee F 132303 on August 1995. The college is a registered member of Association of Head of Bible Schools and Seminaries of Nigeria (NAHOBSAS).
